Return Policy

Individual Purchases

Textbooks, Exam Prep, and Software Products Refund and Return Policy*: Any unused item purchased from
Hondros Learning may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original invoice date. Returned products
must include all original materials, must be returned in the original packaging, and received in original and salable
condition, and must be accompanied by an original receipt, invoice, or packing slip. No opened software or audio
CDs may be returned.

Sale Items: Any items purchased “on sale” are final sales. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online Tuition

Refunds requested for Online courses that have not been started: Refunds requested in writing or via e-mail within
one (1) year of the purchase date will be processed if the online course has not been started. Refunds requested for
Online courses that have been started:

Refunds requested in writing or via e-mail within five (5) business days of the purchase date will be processed.

Refunds requested in writing or via e-mail after five (5) business days of the purchase date will not receive a refund.

No refund is available after one year of the purchase date for any Online course.

Refund Method

Refunds for reseller purchases will be credited toward your account to be used on your next order, unless otherwise
specified. When requested, refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the card used for
the original purchase and refunds for purchases made with cash or check will be issued by check from Hondros
Learning’s corporate office. Credit card refunds will be processed and payments (if applicable) will be made within 3
days of returned product receipt; cash or check refunds within 30 days.
