How do I download the free trial?
  1. Click the “Download Free Trial” button on the product page that you are interested in.
  2. Complete the download process by following the installation prompts. Please note that your internet connection must remain active to successfully download the free trial.
    • When prompted, click on "Open" or "Run this program from its' current location". This will download a small program which will actually begin the installation process.
    • If you receive a dialog box that asks "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" select "Run".
    • During the installation, the required files will be downloaded to your computer. When the installation is complete, click on “"Finish".
    • Restart your computer if prompted.
  3. An icon will appear on the Desktop. Minimize your window if necessary to see the desktop.
  4. Click the icon on the Desktop. Click “Free Trial”.
  5. You will now have access to the free trial version of the Compucram®.

How do I purchase the product?

  1. Choose an industry.
  2. Choose a state.
  3. Click the gray button that says “Add to Cart”.
  4. View the items in the cart and verify before clicking “Checkout”
  5. Enter personal information on the secure website and select “Continue”.
  6. Enter credit card information and click “Continue”.
  7. You will be able to verify the billing/shipping information. At this point, you can enter a coupon or gift certificate if you have one. Select Continue.
  8. Enter your credit card information and select Continue.
  9. Print out the order confirmation screen for your records.
  10. A receipt will be delivered to the email address provided. To access the product you must check your email.

How do I install the product?

How many computers can I install the product on? How?

CompuCram may be installed and activated a maximum of two times. In order to do so, please follow these steps:
  1. Check the email receipt you received when you originally purchased the product and click the link.

What is the CompuCram guarantee?

If you pass our exams we guarantee you will pass theirs. If for some reason you do not pass the exam the Compucram® was created for, call 1-877-812-3269 within 30 days of activation and we will return your purchase price. All we need is a copy of your state exam failure notice and your Compucram exam grades showing you scored above 80%.
